Lyzanie “Lyzz” Reyes is the founder of Sunnan Core, a Belize-based consultancy built around a simple belief: businesses work better when their people, processes, and systems work together.
With a background spanning tourism, hospitality, operations, banking, and business support, Lyzz brings a practical, people-centered perspective to the way businesses operate. Her experience has given her an appreciation for both the day-to-day realities of running a business and the importance of building systems that support long-term growth.
She holds over 18 years in the industry with an Associate Degree in Tourism Management and Certified Restaurant Manager credentials and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Economics. She continues to develop her knowledge in hospitality, human resources, business systems, and Belize tax administration.
Through Sunnan Core, Lyzz combines her experience, education, and continued learning to help businesses strengthen their operations, develop their people, and create practical systems that support better performance.
